Met James at 5:30 and ran with him from his house to Butterfield Canyon. It is about 6 and a half miles up to the base. We went up the Canyon and it felt like we were battling a head wind but not too harsh. We made the turn at mile 10 and came back down and there were some campers with a fire smoking up the place. We got into a good pace downhill hitting a few 6:30 miles. Our last mile was a 6 flat mile and im glad James was there to push. I was dead. Its my last long run this year probably! YEAH! Time to gear up for SGM and concentrate on some sort of game plan.

James, no thank you! If we would of got together sooner, We wouldnt be skeptical about a 2:35, we would be skeptical for a 2:27. That means we are hitting 2:35 by the way!

Teena, West siders are uniting. Watch out!

Bec, my measley run meant nothing compared to your performance today. Thanks for it though! :)

Rachel, where the heck is your race report woman?
