My garmin has had issues since marathon day. I think mine got too wet. It is mainly the start button. Good job today and good to see you again:)

From Lucia on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 10:58:52

Wall-e! Nice pic! Love it! Looks like you really enjoyed your vacation, I am jealous, though I enjoyed a different landscape out in Maine - lots of trees turning, lots of orange, pink, red, and yellow... you enjoyed the same colors on the rocks though! And we both enjoyed the blue waters, right? Have fun! You don't need no stinkin' garmin!

From Kelli on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 13:40:39

You ran, that is all that really matters, right?

From Teena on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 17:17:04

Walter --

Did you push the button???? :P :P :P

From Lucia on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 17:18:50

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Thank you Teena, that was just the laugh I needed at 5:30 here in the east coast!

From walter on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 19:43:42

Michelle, yes I think that is the same problem with mine! I put it on the heater and it seams to be charging good now. I will have to see!

Lucia, Im coming back there on Friday the 24th! Im stoked. I love back there in the fall! So Awesome! Wicked cool! Oh yes I need my garmin. Its my sixth sense! Ask any blogger that has one. We run naked without them. Its not a good site! lol

Kelli, missed you this morning cookie! I guess we'll just have to wait for your kids to grow up before we can get a commitment out of you. lol

Teena, Man you are on one! When will we be seeing gorby? We meet on thursday at the park next to lifetime fitness in the gully on 108th south and the parkway in SJ. Be there! lol

From walter on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 19:45:11

From walter on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 20:10:24

Camille, get it going woman! lol

From camille on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 20:12:44

Oh, I know I need to, but I have the Board of Reviews in an hour. (My new calling is the Achievement Chair in the Scouts). I am thinking about bringing my workout clothes to the church and running home.

From walter on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 20:50:11

I work with the 10-11 year old scouts. How fun is that? Your scouts will know you as the lady that does the board of reviews, then leaves running!

From Camille on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 21:02:21

LOL well, it's better than what I *could* be known as.

From walter on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 21:13:53

Yes in deed Camille!

From Teena on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 22:36:37

What are you running on Thursday and at what time?

From walter on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 23:07:38

The BB Group is running the trails around the area. Im sure there wont be any speed or hill or tempo workout, just a friendly run. Starting at 6 am.

From Teena on Wed, Oct 15, 2008 at 18:56:08

Alright ... I'll see you in the morning. (If I can drag myself out of bed and find the "gully.")

From Jody on Wed, Oct 15, 2008 at 19:09:31

Okay, so am not just a slow runner but slow to clue in to a few things as well. I just realized that you ran a 2:40 at SG last year with puking and ran a 2:40 this year in crappy weather with no puking - YOU ROCK!

From walter on Wed, Oct 15, 2008 at 21:30:33

Jody, the only differance is my place went from 39th overall last year to 18th overall this year. Funny huh? I so wanted a 2:30 range finish but not this year.
