You guys have some great trails down there! It was fun running with you and Clyde! Hope to see you out at the races!?

Must be nice to live in an area where they have the choice to have a duathlon this time of year! Lots of snow/ice and -10 degrees celcius weather here in Windsor Ontario eh. Thinking of entering a snowshoe race (seriously).

Thats True Darren, My wife and I were talking about places we'd like to live and St. George, California were the warm places. Washington state and Montana were the colder climates.

Do you find it gets too overly hot once yo hit the summer months?

Alot of people on this blog mention the St.George Marathon...what time of year is it held?

From walter on Sun, Feb 01, 2009 at 20:08:25

Not really. I usually do my running in the morning. Salt Lake's climate gets hot in the summer months but theres always places to run to get out of the heat.

St. George in always the first week of October.

I heard that duathlon has been rescheduled for Feb. 28. Maybe I'll head down there and do it, or maybe not. I do like duathlons, though. Do you do a lot of biking?

From Walter on Mon, Feb 02, 2009 at 00:10:42

I like that Duathlon, I havnt done any biking this year yet. So I was skeptical doing it but was planning on having some fun. Now im looking forward to a nice refund check!
