It was nice seeing you during the run, if only for a moment. By the time I saw who you were you were already past us.

Thanks for the welcome and the info!

From Walter on Sun, Jun 01, 2008 at 10:43:01

Hey it was good to see you in a flash! Ill have to get with you and chad. I love running up there. My right knee is so hashed right now. I did 14 to the Zoo and back and it was fun. Whens your next race?

From Adam RW on Sun, Jun 01, 2008 at 13:19:00

Probably nothing until WBR. I've been very tempted for Heart of Holladay, and some of the other faster stuff but time has been limited. How about you?

I don't know what is going on with knees right now. Sorry to hear your right knee is also bugging you. Mine hit its peak on Wed and has gotten a little better each day since. But between you, Jon, Kory, myself, etc. knees are not our friends right now...

From Jon on Sun, Jun 01, 2008 at 14:12:12

Darn knees.

From Walter on Sun, Jun 01, 2008 at 16:40:22

Hey adam, you should do heart of holladay! It will be crazy competitive. Im actually doing a half marathon as a training run up in Bear Lake for mammoth marathon company. Its super low key and its first so I doubt any big wigs will be there. I do know Knick mccombs is doing the full marathon up there.

Jon, I just cant kick the pain so i decided to grin and bear it. Hopefully it wont get worse. Thanks for the runs (not diahrea!) last week!

From Lybi on Sun, Jun 01, 2008 at 19:21:19

Oh man! Sorry about your knee. Yikes! Be careful, there are lots of people on the blog who have REALLY damaged their knees by running through the pain. You might try barefooting. It is supposed to be so much easier on the knees. It's true!
