I really love this everytime I look at it!

So I decided to try and loosen my back up by running. It made it tighter for some reason. But I feel like i need to make my back more mobile. Laying around doesnt seem to help it. I didnt notice my little piggy toe so it ended up being a good run. I ran from my house to the meeting place and ran with the BBK group.  We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the dark. I made it 8 miles total.

Seasons in the dark and the FREEZING!!!

From walter on Thu, Oct 23, 2008 at 13:47:04

I always try to stay positive because I remember for R&R Arizona a few years ago and running in 6 degree weather. Are you with me? lol It actually wasnt that bad when I went at 5 in the morning before the wind kicked up. Ah the days.

From Kelli on Thu, Oct 23, 2008 at 13:52:51

Did you just say 6 degrees in AZ??

From walter on Thu, Oct 23, 2008 at 14:08:31

No I was training here in Utah for the January race and had to train in 6 degree weather with snow banks right to the white lines in the roads! Very difficult. I did a 16 mile long run in a blizzard on a Saturday and wanted to die! It wasnt fun.

From Kelli on Thu, Oct 23, 2008 at 14:09:08

I get it now!

From walter on Thu, Oct 23, 2008 at 14:26:08

Tell Scott he's at fault for pushing the pace faster this morning. lol

Jody it makes me nervous to have back problems after going so long without them. I am 37 you know!?

From erico on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 01:26:19

Walter, love that picture but have always hated the slogan but seeing it next to the Juice just makes me laugh. Hope the toe gets better.

Let justice be served right Eric!?

So I'm not much of a blogger and never respond to much but I really enjoyed your Vegas picture-very funny! I'm still fractured and still running hows that for dumb! Hope the toe heals.

From walter on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 19:24:57

Mckenzie! Good to hear from you. I think about you all the time as I was in a horific car wreck and broke my pelvis in 23 places and it has taken me 10 years from 1993 to 2003 to get back to were I could run without alot of pain. SGM gave me some pain in my hip area and doing some physical labor has hurt my back and hip again. But not to scare you because Im sure you will heal and be fine. Its soo hard to heal when you feal ok and want to rip it up. But I wish the best for you and I felt your pain of not being able to run from Ogden on as Ive been in the same spot but just get yourself healed and youll be a better runner for it.
