I started up at Daybreak this morning with Misty Charity and Danielle. Misty and Charity ran together and I ran with Trick. We did a long loop around daybreak that made it 6.25 miles. I was pretty tired from yesterdays run so called it a day. I have a race tomorrow down in St. George called the Tuacahn Duathlon. Its a fun little race they have every year where you run bike and run again. Itll be nice to get out of the cold.

Good luck on the race tomorrow! I'm sure you'll do a great job, and enjoy the warmth. Daybreak is a great place to run, I've looked at a couple different routes around, but never actually run them. I'll have to take a run down there and at least go around the lake.

Thanks Rachel, im looking forward to t-shirt weather. haha Yeah, Ill try to tell you next time I go on Daybreak and you can run with my little group. It no where near the BBK speed but good to have a nice pace every once in a while.

From Walter on Fri, Jan 30, 2009 at 16:12:30

Good luck on your race tomorrow and enjoy the Dixie weather and scenary.

Michelle, It was canceled and I found out about it at 6 pm last night. Its a low key race with mostly locals in it so it burned me a bit but I got to run 19 miles in my shorts with Clyde and Bill and Nate down there. Very nice weather! Im back now in the blankety blank cold!

Smooth, I definitely enjoyed the weather. It sucks, every time I go down there in January my wife and I always have the "we should move down here" speech.
