Missed my plan run this morning from some serious problems at my work. I was able to run when I got home. I did 2-5k loops. One with Sarah (my daughter) in 25:28, the second one in 17:21.

First loop was a 8:23/mi pace

Second loop was 5:43/mi pace

Yes Burt! Sheesh! No one will run with me now! William Campbell from St. George is the only one that responded to my message. Unfortunately he wasnt into a 5 hour drive to run with me at 5:15!
