Not much sleep last night. I went to the movie Defiance which was a very good show! I hate changing the subject from running but the Holocaust is a subject that interests as well as bothers as well as humbles me. I have a relationship with Germans and Germany and its a period of time that fascinates me.  Ok so not much sleep and started the run on 90th and 700 W. on the parktrail heading North. I ran with Danielle, Misty and Charity. By mile 9 it was raining on us pretty good for about 15 minutes and then stopped. I was very warm at first as I ran North for 7 miles. Coming back it got cold quicker with a head wind and rain that was similar to the St. George Marathon.  De Ja Vu! Got to love it.

Check out those miles Walter! I am so jealous! Can't wait until I can run that much without an injury!

From Tracy1 on Sat, Jan 24, 2009 at 14:28:08

Yeah, nice job! My yearly running miles now,,a pitiful 68. Probably explains the muscle soreness right now after 13 miles.......Oh well, I've got the rest of the year to improve!

Wow those are some serious miles, wall-e!

You should check out the Holocaust museum here in DC when you're here for the Marine Corps Marathon - it's mind-blowing!

I will! I went into Dachau which is near Munich, Germany. It was a real eye opener. They compiled video of all that taped it. Very grotesque and disgusting. Hope all is well.
