Started on east side of Bear Lake 20 miles from Tricks parents Cabin.  I had Tricks husband Dan Drive me, Misty and Charity around.  Misty and Charity did 14.  Trick and I went 20.  Trick wasnt feeling good and we made it 10 miles in 1:37.  She told me to go without her and get her hubby to come and get her.  My goal was to do the last 10 in 1:10.  I did my first few mile at around a 7 minute pace and then decided to do 1 mile tempo runs.  My first mile was a 5:41, second was a 5:31 and third was a 5:22.  I ran 6 miles off and on with tempo like that.  I ended up smashing my 10 mile goal time with a 1:04!  I felt really good.

Wow, that must've been such a beautiful run! I'm jealous. Nice pace Wall-e!

It was soooo pretty and a ton of little cotton tailed rabbits kept jumping out in front of us on the road. Danielle (trick) was so sick! She stopped at mile 10 and made me leave her.

Well, you wouldn't have left her if the two of you had been on your own, right? Her hubby came to get her and everything was ok after that? Hopefully she'll recover soon - was it the altitude you think?

No she was congested. She didnt tell me until we got dropped off. I told her if I would have known, we could have started at her cabin and went out and back. Talk about accountability issues! At least she got in her miles even though she was sick.
