Too much to do this morning so no run. I was planning on running this evening but at work up at Timberlakes by Heber I was working and rolled my ankle so I will Ice this sucker.

What is your goal for St George? I am looking for some people to at least start out with. I am planning on around 1:18 for the first half.

My goal is 2:32 and thats about the time Id like to be in the half if not a bit faster. Ill have my blog jersey on or you can meet us at the pre race get together on the discussion forum that I posted.
