I ran 7.50 miles this morning without stopping. I did a 7.08 average. I ran and ran and ran. Thats all I got to say about that.

I ran this evening at 8:30 and it was still hot!  I did another 7.51 miles with some tempo speed of 5:50 to 6 minutes for a mile.  My average was 6:30 and I ran in 48:48.   My last half mile was a 2:43 which is a 5:22 mile.  Ive got to get that down to 5 even if  im going to show my face around at races.

I ran the Daybreak loop which was 6 miles and I went counterclockwise on it today.  I averaged 7:20 miles and my first mile was 8:40.  I felt tired and it took 3 miles to get my legs to function.

I did 1.5 mile warm up and 3.5 speed, I ran 6 200's, 4x400's and 1x800.  .5 cooldown. My times were slow at the start and I did progressively better as I got through them.  my 200's were right around 41 and my 400's were 1.25, 1.24, 1.19, 1.16.  My 800 was a 2.34.  There was a good 10 or so people on the track early this morning.

I got up to the capitol this morning at 7am and ran to shriners and back to city creek canyon  and then up the canyon to the top which is 6 miles and back down.  On mile 15 I was extremely tired and hungry.  I pushed myself to a 5:40 pace even though I couldve done alot faster considering how steep  is was coming down.  I passed 5 joggers and 4 bikers going up and was using them to motivate myself for speed going up.  My total time was 2 hours and 20 seconds.  I ran my last 6 miles down the canyon in 35 minutes. I wished I could go up that in 35!
