Did a 2 mile warmup. Then 10x400 hard as I could (no watch) with 200 in between slow jog. Legs are trashed but recovering.

Great race Saturday Walter. I was reeling in quite a few people the last few miles down University. At mile 25 I passed my wife on the side of the road and she told me to relax, that the next guy was a half mile in front of me. Turns out that was you.

I'm at the baach in California this week and am just heading out now for my first run since Saturday. I'm going to take it real easy and then sit in the hot tub. Hope you're enjoying your recovery.

Rob, you did fantastic my friend! Keep up the good work and have a nice break on the beach. It feels good to finish a marathon strong. I faded as well as Steve there at the end. I'm going to work on that!

Not only how can you do speed work 4 days after but why would you? Your a crazy man.
