I biked home from work 18 miles in 55 min. Then ran 10 miles in 1 hour 7 min. I hit a 5.40 on miles 8 and 9. My achilles felt good. I'm back Baby!

I biked home from work and then ran with Danielle. I ran up to her house in Daybreak and did 6 with her and 4 on my own. I barely missed the rain! Im good like that!

Started at willow park in lehi and ran to Utah lake and came up short of an even 4 miles so I took a dirt road that went to the lake. I got into some tall willows and ran right onto some naked sunbathers! Turned around fast and made it back to the park and went North 1 mile and back to the car.

I did two legs. First one was 3.5 miles of rollers and a mile of torcherous mountain running.

Second leg was 5.5 miles of 3.5 downhill and 1 trail and 1 back on the road. It was a seriously fun race and I would recommend it to everyone! We took 2nd overall in the mixed division and had a blast. We got a back pack and water bottles and a gift certificate to the juice bar. I ran with ProBar who graciously let me run on their team.
